I offer face to face sessions in my private therapy room in the village of Beeford near Driffield.
This is more of a conventional method of working and is still preferred by many clients, as it allows for natural communication and the exploration of body language and facial cues. Face-to-face also enables the use of a more creative therapy such as art and therapy cards.
I use online platforms such as Zoom, Skype and Whatsapp which may be a more convenient way for you to access therapy. You will receive an invitation to the session, and all you have to do to accept it is download the app and click the provided link. Once we are in the "room," which is password-protected, I will "lock" the session to keep it private. While I cannot guarantee complete security in our online communications, I will take all necessary measures to safeguard your privacy. You will need to be in a quiet, secluded area where you feel secure and undisturbed.
When we are not in the same room or able to see each other, some people find it easier to convey what they need and prefer to speak over the phone. Depending on which is more convenient for you, I will call you on either your landline or mobile. You will need to be in a quiet, comfortable, private place where you feel secure and won't be disturbed.
